Coach Alejandro has been at SF Elite since 2020.

 

He currently serves as the club’s Head Coach of the 2010 Boys Orange team.

 

Alejandro’s coaching experience spans over 8 years, ranging from youth rec teams to U19 premier teams.

 

Alejandro would say his soccer journey started with his Father's passion for the game. He witnessed watching his father play and coach throughout his whole life.

 

Alejandro played for GIMS in the SF Premiere League and Real San Jose in the NPSL. 

 

Since then he has coached for Mission Green 2003/02 and GIMS before coming to SF Elite.

 

Alejandro’s coaching philosophy is based on promoting team cohesion, a player’s value and effort, and to encourage player empowerment.

 

Alejandro’s education and coaching credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a US Soccer D License.
