The San Francisco All-Metro Preseason teams were released by PrepSoccer.com in early November, with San Francisco Elite being represented with four players, including three on the girls side. The three girls from SF Elite that made the City's All-Metro team are Keeley Grove, Ari Beddoes and Grace Couden, and one boy that made the City's All-Metro team in Aidan Dugan.

Keeley Grove | All-Metro (F) Grove is committed to UC Davis and is everything you want in a striker. She is big, strong and fast. She can hold up play, distribute and then come running in behind the No. 10 or come crashing in on a cross, or she can create on her own. Ari Beddoes | All-Metro (GK) Beddoes is the No. 1 keeper in the entire city of San Francisco and the top keeper in the West Catholic Athletic League, as she was chosen as the keeper of the year last year as a junior. She is fearless, she is a leader and has a great understanding of the game. Grace Couden | All-Metro (MF) Couden is a very good No. 6 who is great in the air, is a good tackler and a very good distributor. She is everything you want as a defensive midfielder. Aidan Dugan | Sacred Hearth Cathedral Prep Aidan Dugan is the lone SF Elite representative on the boys side as the 2004/2005 NPL player is the top returning senior keeper in the West Catholic Athletic League, just like Beddoes. He is the top keeper in that league, and in the city of San Francisco. Dugan has good size, he is strong and is not afraid to come off his line even in a crowded box. He reacts quickly, he's smart and makes great decisions when cutting down angles. He will be playing soccer at the next level next season.
