Coach Chance has been at SF Elite since the Spring of 2017. 

 

He currently serves as the club’s Technical DIrector and as Head Coach of 2007 Girls Academy and 2011 Girls Blue teams.

 

Chance’s coaching experience spans over 20 years, ranging from early stage recreational and competitive teams, to high school and collegiate level teams.

 

Chance would say his soccer journey started with his dad’s love for soccer making it such a big part of his life from an early age. 

 

Chance played for Wolfpack Soccer Club and Huntington Beach High School, and Orange Coast College. 

 

Since then he has coached club soccer for Wolfpack SC and SF Vikings; high school soccer for Corona Del Mar, Fountain Valley, Urban and Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep; and collegiately for Orange Coast College and the City College of San Francisco. 

 

Chance’s coaching philosophy is centered around effort, guided discovery, player empowerment, and positive reinforcement. 

 

Chance’s education and coaching credentials include a Master’s Degree in Organization and Leadership from USF, and a US Soccer C License.
