Coach Ale has been at SF Elite since 2021.

 

He currently serves as the Goalkeeper Coach.

 

Ale's coaching experience spans over 5 years, ranging from club and college levels.

 

Ale would say his soccer journey started at a very young age, playing locally for a youth club in San Francisco.

 

Ale played in Mexico youth clubs for Chivas and Leon, San José Earthquake Academy U15, De Anza Force U18 Academy, Sacred Heart Cathedral High School and University of San Francisco.

 

Since then he has coached at multiple youth clubs, Sacred Heart Cathedral and University of San Francisco.

 

Ale’s coaching philosophy focuses on helping goalkeepers improve both their mental and physical attributes by breaking free of bad habits and maintaining a steady commitment to positive habits and attributes.

 

Ale’s education and coaching credentials include a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree from University of San Francisco, and Goalkeeper and Personal Trainer License.
