Jorge Calderon has been a part of San Francisco Elite Academy since 2024 and serves as the Grassroots Director for Boys, leading the club’s early-stage development pathway.
Originally from San Diego, Jorge brings over 12 years of coaching experience, with a strong background in both grassroots and competitive youth soccer. He began his coaching journey at his alma mater, San Francisco State, and has since worked with a variety of competitive clubs and high school programs throughout San Francisco.
Jorge has previously held leadership roles as a Micro and Technical Director, where he focused on building strong developmental foundations for young players and supporting coaching staff across multiple age groups. His experience across different levels of the game has shaped a well-rounded approach to player development.
He is passionate about creating positive, engaging environments where players can develop confidence, technical ability, and a lasting love for the game.
