Kyle has been a part of San Francisco Elite Academy since 2022 and serves as the Girls ECNL Director, where he oversees the development pathway for the club’s top girls teams. He holds a UEFA B License and brings over 15 years of coaching experience across England and the United States.
Originally from the U.K., Kyle’s soccer journey began playing in the streets with friends and family, building a deep connection to the game from an early age. His playing career includes time with Preston North End FC, Bristol Rovers, Wigan Athletic, and Morecambe FC.
Kyle has developed a well-rounded coaching background through roles with professional academies and top youth clubs, including Blackpool FC, De Anza Force, and FC Bay Area. His experience spans multiple levels of the game, giving him a strong foundation in both player development and program leadership.
Kyle’s coaching philosophy aligns with a possession-based, attacking style of play, emphasizing high intensity, purposeful build-up, and player creativity. He is committed to developing players who compete at a high level, take ownership of their growth, and contribute to a positive, team-first environment.
